I'm really sick of game crashes. From now on I leaved all the workshop items and using the latest stable version. I have a gaming laptop and don't have crashes at any other games. The workshop items I think causing this problem. After some time without any workshop items, I'll update this post.

PS. I leave the game running while sleeping. No crashes, at the mornin everything is nice at my lovely republic. But all crashes happens while building something. So I sadly decided to leave all the lovely workshop items.
