Which usually means one or more assets a mod adds is corrupted. The corrupted item is in Wend. Do you have any mods that add stuff to Wend?

Or whatever this extra zone file is. Maybe two mods are trying to add stuff there?

Of those that change the world, I only have Genesis and Reactive World, it seems to be everything

have had this issue before.
deleted all mods. when re done only installed supported ones up to date and other popular 5 stars.
fixed issue.
sometimes mods are no longer supported in game updates and cause error.

also sometimes multiple mods interfering with the same entity can causes this issue.

My guess is Genesis and Reactive World, yes. Genesis is violently incompatible with many mods, and your dump is giving the same error that has been tracked to Genesis conflicts before.

Ide suggest getting the RW/Genesis Compatabiliy mods. otherwise you're 100% going to run into issues. also Genesis should be Loaded Under Reactive World.
