How to permanently stop cities skylines from deleting mods and assets?

When I install enough mods and assets, the game automatically deletes it and keeps only the one I just subscribed to.

Did you enable them in the Content Manager before starting your city?

Enabling in content manager prevented skylines from deleting mods and assets. Skyve still has the problem of skylines automatically deleting mods and assets even after enabling them.

Yeah, I don't use, or have used Skyve. I haven't had issues will mods and assets becoming unsubscribed.
