I want dice rolling of legend, aka unbiased rng, but not the difficulty of legend. Can you name or link me the workshop mod?

I'm new here, but my research is showing me that legend doesn't modify things and lower difficulties do. I don't really feel like discussing the rng, just want to know what mod does what I want. Got sick of xcom rng discussions 10 years ago on Mordheim forums.
