Can you use steam workshop for a dedicated server or do you need manual downloads?

Title, if so, could someone link me where KF mods are hosted now outside of workshop?

Most of the good stuff is on here already and has direct links in their workshop page. You can find some more obscure mods in moddb, gamebanana and the even more obscure mods in non-english speaking forums kf[something].ru I forgot the name.

In my opinion anything worth using has already been curated under Scrnbalance.
