Report a translation problem
Even if you don't see the animations, it still takes time (you can double-check that with a huge map with very high neutrals vs a tiny map with very low neutrals and see that the second one goes much faster)
I've been playing on huge with the max # of players (ai) (think it's like 15), it takes no more than ~15 seconds for end turn, when no one else is visible, but when other units are visible including ally it plays out their animations for moving, attacking, casting, etc definitely makes it takes 1 minute+
