Welcome to the world of mod insufficient documentation, complicated by collections that don't say what is in the collection. Probably best to look up each weapon like it seems you have started, and the ones without a documented range to then ask the mod maker about weapon ranges.
Also, you really should have posted this in the workshop forum.

the irony is that vanilla guns didnt even activate until 800m, so it wasnt even 1400m...
Going back to the topic of workshop stuff. MUCH of the workshop does not have maximum range or targeting range. For my own games and where I want to try a mod weapon, I put the weapon on my gunnery range so I can test exactly how far it fires, targeting range, and damage.
i figured it out, when you build each gun there is a slider for the desirable range and that tells you what the maximum is because you cant slide it higher... most weapons have a pretty short range, the only one that i can see is the echo auto cannon that has a 6km range whereas the most upgraded battleship cannon has 4.5km... like damn, battleship cannons that cant reach...
