difficulty loading mods

I cant seem to load the mods into the game.
It's been a year since i played the game and just started up but the mods won't load this time. Please help.
Do i need to put something in the launch options b4 hand?

If you've added -regenerateinis don't

Thanks all same, but i just give up.
i tried one of the third party mod launchers, the game still wont load. I even tried launching from the original Mod Launcher window from youtube and still nothing.
So I'm done.

Thanks anyway.
