my guess is that they're still a fairly small team and porting games to consoles is no cheap task.

There was one in the works some time ago. It got canned when Unity, the people who make the game engine of the same name, screwed everyone and themselves over with a botched, ill-advised attempt to alter the monetization and royalty structure such that it'd bankrupt small devs. The moment that happened, the planned Switch port was dead as a doornail, and will almost certainly never happen.
