Leaders dressed for the occasion since latest update?
Is it just me or are your newly installed leaders getting a wardrobe upgrade when they become the leader of your respective councils since the last update?

I think I noticed it when playing space elves. Everytime the monarch died and their heir took their place, they all seemed to get a wardrobe upgrade.

Is it just me?
