wishlist:
- add ukrainin bullpups (vulcan and dmr) to cia and remove from swat
- add scar heavy variants to swat team leader
- add mp5 variants to swat leader, sapper & assault
- add lvl 4 armor to both cia and swat team leader, sapper and assault
- more flashbangs in partcular, but also other grenades for swat leader, assault & sapper
- add eotech for swat us weapons

reasoning for the above is anecdotal sources about equipment used by iraqi isof
