Finding a mod

I had seen before a video,it enemy were mercenary.And someone told me that it was a mod,the mod is about treat mercenaries as enemies.I have go to nexus to find this mod but there were nothing about mercenary enemy.There just have modding Russian special forces and Nowheraki ground forces as enemy,and there are nothing about mercenary enemy.
Do you all guys had seen before this mod?Is it in nexus mod?If who know that mod please
share it for me.Cuz one of my great pleasures is playing with mod content,I am enjoying playing mod content and I will get many fun from each mod.

Pls help me to find the mod,appreciate for your helping !

Maybe "Enemy PMC" by Lion.BlueEyes?
Now the author makes a better version and posts screenshots,

Yeah that mod seems great for me too, but the author didn't think so.

IDK he will publish it on nexus or steam workshop when full support will be ready, or sadly will not.
Of course that depends on him.
He posts screenshots of his work here, but they doesn't seem PMC.

@"Just call me Takeshi" Now,I've repair the mod "Enemy PMC" and made into a new mod "Enemy USEC" by a wonderful fate chance ! I've upload it in nexus mod!

After some months,I just thinking to make some mod.At first I just try to repair the mod "Enemy PMC".Then I met Lion Blue eyed in a group that about discuss mod by a chance.In the group I told with him I've completely repair his mod "Enemy PMC".Luckily, he authorized it and given to me(after he knew I helped him to repair the mod ).
