Civillians are considered an "Acceptable expendature".

Download the Tier one overhaul mod and use the airstrike gadget to blow the entire map to hell. Civillian casualties are not a issue. If they didn't wanna die then why didn't they just not get hit by the Jdams. :)

With air strike, not even a reason to play the game...

I think that the Project Ares mod implements it pretty well. Platoon Leaders and Platoon sergeants can call in 60mm mortar strikes, and JTACs can call in either an A-10 gun run or a JDAM dropped from an F/A-18. The dowsnide is that those classes take up two deployment points, have a limited weapon selection, and can't use their backpack slot
