The Framework itself, has a buried function for display ammo but its per gun, in the terminal menu on the right side, in the text barrage is a line about magazines.
Now it displays it in SubtypeID usually, which can be its own problem but it should help reduce the number of possible magazines.
Since a lot of modders, just re-use their displaynames & IDs as near the same , it might even give you the actual name.
I hope this helps in finding the magazines for that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a gun mod.
in the top right corner of the mod specific weapon the modder added the alt ammo to the weapon which was the whole point of my question. https://imgur.com/B2jzrBe
And as I'm not a fan of weapons core mods and know very little about them this was on a server so I had to tally up or get wrecked.
But thank you for the help specific on the ammoID.

I have no sympathy for this induvial Modder Cami and will also add this isn't even the first time dealing with his mannerism.
My reasons for posting these is so people will get a real sense of how these modders behave on their terms in their discord when seeking help instead of letting the community decide on their own mod page itself, the only reasons to ever shut off a comment section on a mod page is to drive up the counts on your discord server and this to me is a shady practice.
"Yes I'm aware of my misspellings no I don't care to fix it"
Second, as she has said, the mod in question has been edited for server use, and had its ammos altered, and even some new ones added by the looks of it. Its description has also been edited.
In general, the first thing you should be doing in these cases is ask the servers admins you're playing on if they are using a custom fork of the mod. If they are, ask if they have modified the parts you are trying to get information about.
Because if they have modified those parts, the original mod author can not help you.
This is all information that an 8 year old should be capable of not simply understanding, but straight up intuiting on their own
Whereas Steams content policy does not allow mod creators to answer braindead questions with equally braindead answers, a discdord server does, as you have experienced
