No Orc Shaman Capacity
I'm playing a Gorbad campaign and I have 2 Shaman's Hut's built. I'd like to recruit another orc shaman (I have one gobo shaman already) but it says capacity is 1 / 1. Hovering over the capacity, the tooltip says the Shaman Huts (and their higher tiers) grant capacity. However, the description of the Shaman's Hut does not show it grants capacity. Is this a bug?



I have some small mods installed, but I don't think they should affect this.
