Can you ACTUALLY play these levels?
tried restarting monaco and my pc

You have to enable the beta opt. Right click monaco, go to properties. Press the beta tab, click the dropdown menu and select beta. No you don't need a code. If it doesn't download a new version of monaco, restart steam.

the only things i see are:general,compatibility,security,details and previous versions
