Is there a mod for Bandit Bases?

I am tired of getting endless spawns on top of me, but I like the idea of going into areas to kill NPCs in an area

Have you got the bandit creator mod? Once enabled, go into debug, right click and select bandit creator off the menu. You can adjust the percentage chance of spawns, numbers and timeframe. I have my percentages very low, sometime 0.5% etc. This means the bandits spawn much more rarely.
