Help me find the mod!

I remember that I once came across a mod in the workshop that reduces the range of movement on the map. But now I only find those that increase it. Maybe someone knows the name?

theres still a few on the workshop if you search 'movement' - depends what campaign/mods you want since movement on the map is a stat for each individual unit.
