Mod civilization trouble

In some civilization in worshop I gave subscribe and they are in mod medu. But in most I give subscribe and they dostnt look in mod menu. Why?

This is Steam problem some times they get stuck Try going to your My Games folder - find - Civ 5 folder - Cache folder delete the contents
Start game go to Mods - WAIT -after a few seconds should re download all your mods. This usually helps when I have problems with mods. not showing up ( No Guarantees )
