Workshop items refuse to unistall?

I was searching the Workshop and I found a new game mode that looked cool so I downloaded it and for somereason it didn't work, so I unistalled it and restart the game, but... it's still there, so I double check if I unistalled it or not and, it says it's installed. Help me please?

They dont refuse to uninstall.
You have to delete it manually.

Go into the folders and delete the files.

By default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\KillingFloor

As for which files you need to delete, that depends on what sort of content you modified/installed.
