There are free 3D Programs like Blender and Wings3D
There are free Texturing applications like GIMP or Paint.net (Firealpaca for the digital painters)
The game imports the 3D formats: .dae and .fbx
The game imports the Texture format: .tga
The game will need both a "Diffuse" texture and a "Normal" map for any asset, and can only use one texture per asset.
If this didn't make much sense then you might need to do some googling on these.
But yeah, I think Link1309 needs to do a little Google research first.
There are good advices around the forum but I can't manage to execute them correctly.
