this would be great because would mean you could enjoy the game without worrying about getting disconnected from the server. i hope someone makes it or the company adds it into the game because it would be usefull to new players. would also give you a chance to learn the controls and everything for commander without being accused of being a noob in game

I noticed that you can spawn bots, but they do nothing at all execpt for jump in place and spam out with asking for commands. They also wont follow commands. Ive seen a few people working on bot mods and I hope they get released soon :)

AI for any game is very difficult, not to mention a game like this. This is an extremely complex game from an AI point of view. Use the training and then explore mode to at least learn the commands from the comm stations and hive.

I understand that. Ive done explore a few time to get a hold on how commanding feels. I just wish there was a bot mod for when im bored and don't want to play with other people.

Used to be some great bot-mods for NS1, hopefully they'll show up again in one form or another.

If you are bad at comm. In my exerience there is very little noob calling etc. Think there is a great comunity. People do help the bad commanders rather than getting mad and beeing mean.
