Anyone know about a .model viewer/plugin?
I'm planning on making some custom skins, but it'd sure make my life easier if I could view these .model files outside of game. I usually work with Maya and I'd prefer to use that if possible, but I'd be happy with anything. I can't seem to find info about this file type anywhere. I'm wondering if it's just an arbitrary extension and format that Robot put out there so people aren't messing with the models :/ I know I would, but right now I just want make some pretty skins. Hard to really make some good ones without being able to see 360 view of characters.

I have been working with the dds files in photoshop. its annoying having to go back and forth into the game to check something out, even then you dont have full camera controls to look at models. ive only posted some simple test skins thus far, but would also like something you are mentioning. I too use maya for modeling so a plugin for that would be ideal here as well.
