how do i restart my omd2 mod launcher (clear list)

hi there i have a problem with the mod launcher is there any way to reset the launcher (so the mod list is cleared) as its not letting me play the game with mods (works fine when i pick classic, reinstalled the game twice and validated files twice even reinstalled steam and nothing helps. i have unsubscribed to all mods and its just not working. plz can i get support on how to restart the omd2 mod launcher list

the things i have done:

reinstalled steam x 1
reinstalled omd2 tools x2
reinstalled omd2 x2
wiped my profile file so it had to update my pc with cloud info
deleted userdate folder
deleted all omd2 files in "AppData" in my user folder on my pc

my game will not launch if i even un tick all mods and click "launch with mods" some times i get R6025 error some times i get nothing it just wont start up... if i click "launch classic mode" it runs 100% fine .. plz someone help this is killing me as i only just got my head around how to mod traps in this game and i dont understand why it wont work ... the mod launcher shows all the addons that i am not even subscribed to and they wont go away its got to be a bug in the launcher via cloud. :(
