Workshop and save problems
Hey, numel here. I have been having some problems with the workshop and my saves. Basically, I hit subscribe to something on the workshop, but it never shows up. Even if I exit the game and log out. Also, I keep losing all of my progress in scribblenauts even though I am saving. Any ideas?

I believe a save occurs every time you leave a level, or you can manually save using the save and quit option from the pause menu. Have you verified that you lose progress after doing one of those?

In regards to workshop items, I believe you have to subscribe to the items through the object browser downloads tab, which has a button to enter the workshop page. When you click subscribe on an item through there, it should immediately show up in game.

thanks, the workshop is working now, but the saves still keep getting deleted. I have tried saving and quiting but that doesn't make a difference. it saves it on that session, but as soon as I try to play again, steam tells me there was a cloud error and I go back to a random save.

In the Steam->Settings->Downloads+Cloud tab, there is an option to turn off cloud synchronization. I would give that a shot and see if it works. That said, I have not heard of anyone else running into issues using the cloud synch functionality.

okay, the problem seemed to be that my brother and I both play scribblenauts on 2 different steam accounts on the same computer and whatever I did, showed up on his game. Him, not relizing what it would do , reset his game when this happened and I lost my stuff

How do you get to the object browser downloads tab?
