Functional RIG

Opis
Functional RIG is a HUD mechanic that is based off the health mechanic from the Dead Space franchise.
Once a player gets hurt, the bar will deplete. The opposite when a player is healing themself.

Hey N7, You mind if I get added as a contributor so I can give this a good update? I plan on releasing stasis soon and I also have some QoL fixes for this addon since I've got more PMs released

is it possible to add a RIG as an entity? so other playermodels can equip it?
