He is back after being dormant for couple of years!
Ever wanted to hide your identity in a hurry, but you lack any funding for an actual disguise?
Good news, now you can disguise yourself as this cartoony-but-somewhat-creepy-looking guy with a cardboard on his head. Skin2 Allows you to color his hoodie. Comes with NPC version too.
