You need to have both mods installed, then you can go to the ship and equip both guns. All you need to do is to use the mouse wheel or press 'q' to switch the weapons.

Hey, uh, do you realise that the thumbnail says 'Hamer' not 'Hammer'. Might wanna fix that. :)
