each sign:

TRIS: 1,312
maps: 64x32 (diffuse, specular, illumination)
LOD tris: 98
maps: 256x128 (diffuse, alpha, specular, illumination)

The big sign is 25m (in-game) wide. The small sign is 11m wide.

that was just an LOD fix for a broken asset by bennymedia, this will be a new 1:1 scale model with almost everything reworked (geometry, textures, lighting, sub-buildings, props, LOD, etc)
