You should not use different mods that does changes to locations.
MEGA All-In-One Compatibility Pack - should be ALWAYS first.
MEGA Pathfinding Collection Pack - should be ALWAYS last.
1) to lower your gfx settings, just in case its a gfx/memory issue,
and
2) to try removing another animal mod you might have, in case its that.
(but make a full backup of your save game/configs etc to play safe)
in rimworld, one good method is to halve your modlist , and see which half causes the problem (keeping in the mod you want to test), and once you know which half causes the problem, you keep halving until you find the conflicting mod. (usually, you can work it out within 8 play tests or less)
