V-Mods: Domain

Adds a few upgrades to increase your domain size to the city buildings after you have Masters Guild, Observatory, Stone Wall and War Hall built in it.

Also changes all the spread-type spells like Arctic Empire to spread in an almost doubled size radius but a bit slower.

10 Levels of Domain upgrades. Each one gives +1 domain and they cost a lot of gold and a fair amount of mana.

The prices are high to not make the Specialization +1 domain irrelevant.
Now included a graph in pictures for how the costs grow. Total production cost for getting everything is now 50000.

Spread type spells have a maximum radius of 25 instead of 15.
They spread at a rate of 25% of the "circle" per turn instead of 33%.

Compatibility: Not compatible with mods that change the parameters for spread spells.
