89 ft Flatcar

The all-rounder among the freight cars is now available for TPF. This is a 89ft Chain Tie-Down Flatcar, which can be used to transport just about anything.
This is shown in game by various loads like gears, tubes and steel coils, which got contributed by @Jansch.
If activated, the Cargo Calculated Weight Script is used.
