New Boreal Theme v0.1

Description
Boreal a Thema with texture with much more real aspect than the original.
  Combined with the Tropical LUT they create a perfect function to have a pleasant atmosphere.

New Boreal Theme is much clearer than the original and using the Clouds & Fog Toggler mod
everything will be much better.
