MOWAS2 vanilla vehicles do not have internal modules: T-64B has ammo storage, fuel tanks, crew places, etc... Tiger has nothing, so it won't suffer if you'll pierce it with APFSDS. Engine loss or gun break at max. Hull or turret penetration will not break those components.
