OKI (Old) Korvo's Rebalnce (ABANDONED)

This mod is abandoned for now, as there is a new and much cooler OKI, which i hopely rebalance one time.

My vivison of OKI:
- 23mm is about the same DPS as gatling, but more damage per shot and more accurate
- 50mm is kind of sniper weapon, great acuracy and the same DPM as gatling and 23mm
- 122mm is a big gun, so it deals massive damage but shoots rare
- 230mm is really heavy, deals a lot of damage, destroys lots of blocks, also it provides the biggest AI targeting range, but acuracy is not very high, speed is relatively small and cost of the ammo is really high

This is not my mod! Just some rebalance. But i am not shure which one is original, so no link.
