Starbase Expanded

I love starbase. It is my favorite feature in 2.0, what I don't enjoy, though, is the lack of variousness when choosing among those stabase buildings and modules. After facing so many times of nothing good to build after Star Fortress or Citadel, I finally decided to spend some time and create this starbase expanded mod.

This mod currently add 9 new buildings and 4 new modules into the game. They make the starbase a bit more diverse, while avoid being too OP. If you have any new ideas, however, feel free to post comments in discussion so I shall add even more types of buildings and modules within the mod!

Summary of changes:

Builings:
unlocked through Modular Engineering, massively increase the research output of research labotory.
unlocked through Living State, increase the happniess of pop within the system while generate unity.
unlocked through Living State, increase mineral output within the system.
unlocked through Living State, increase habitability and grow speed of pop within the system.
Unlocked through Construction Template, increase the speed of ship consturction.
unlocked through Synchronized Defences, massively increase the experience of ships.
unlocked through Corps of Enginnering, increase the hullpoint of ships

Modules:
available at start, generate research points
available at start, add small-size gun slots to starbase
available at start, add large-size gun slots of starbase

Eteral Vigilance now unlocks a new technology Ultra AI Defense Theory, granting 2 powerful buildings and 1 amazing module. Figure their functions out by yourself!

Compatibility issue: no original files are modified, so it should be compatible with almost every other mods
