Is the Tree LOD Fix mod truly required for this tree to work? Or can I just get the tree by itself?

It could be. It's made to be just a generic tree for cities skylines

Finally another large tree to break up the foliage a bit. Is this a black/honey locust tree? The leaves look a lot like it.
