Personal Shield Generators

This mod adds an item that will generate an energy shield that will protect the player while the item is in the player inventory.

This item is great for reducing damage from minor impacts and a few bullets. Explosions and high velocity impacts are still often lethal.



- When the player adds the 'Personal Shield Generator' item to their inventory, it will begin to charge.
- The shield generator will consume suit energy per second until it is fully charged.
- To fully charge the shield generator, it will draw about 20% of your total suit energy (was previously 50%, but reduced because energy is consumed faster with temperature as of game update 1.189).
- Multiple shield generators in player inventory will NOT have an accumulative effect (they don't stack).



I've rewrote most of the mod code so it should be a bit more stable on the multiplayer side of things. If you experience any issues or crashes, please forward the game log to me.
