This pack basically adds three textures that resemble the Russian mafia from Hotline Miami (Obviously) Or If you want, Sonny Crockett's outfit from Miami Vice.

This pack was an idea that I had a while ago...

(More variants may come, Be sure to follow my workshop because you can't edit already uploaded packs and have to upload an entirely diffrent one.)
