What is the difference between the veteran and normal lookouts? Thanks for the mod, it's a great fun addition to the game!

There is no scroll for it. You can only do the quest to unlock it

Hello. Great mod and all, but I cant make a scroll for it in Research Table. Not sure that its how it supposed to be.
