785 8th Avenue NY Apartments Reworked

Beskrivning
Complete overhaul of my old asset that was created about 5 years ago. It's 785 8th or 306 W 48th avenue Apartments buildings in New-York. I found more references on the internet, especially on the roof of this building so now the model looks exactly like irl, except the bottom part because they covered by other buildings.

The building has custom roof props made by me, I highly recommend to use them.

Asset is a RICO compatable.

Main model: 5,079 tris and 2048x512 texture.
LOD: 218 tris and 64x128 texture.

I made complete overhaul of the model. Now it have less tris, but a lot more details, better textures, finally fixed LOD and so on.

Awesome, I lived in this building! However, the actual residential address is 306 W 48th.

Awesome, thank you! :steamhappy: It looks much better now! I see what you mean about the auto lod, but since it's a small building from that distance, I didn't really notice until you mentioned it :P Thanks again

Eistein, Yea, i finally update it, but again there is some troubles with custom LOD. He just doesn't want to load diff map into the game but in the editor everything is okay.. Soo right now I just use automatically generated lod and it looks meeh, but better than was..
