Depends on your definition of a sniper gun. All I did was remove any bullet spread and removed the delay. This was originally intended for me to make a better version of Kan's Spudnet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fLeDUgDKbU

There's no pic. It literally looks exactly like the vanilla spud gun. But it just never misses. Great for when you're making turrets with other mods.
