Beretta Model 38

An Italian smg developed as a follow up to the Beretta M1918. It featured excellent production quality, although during WW2 many cuts had to be made, resulting in increasingly simplified versions of the weapon. The initial production version had a vented barrel, while the 1941 revision replaced it with a perforated barrel. The weapon possessed a few noteworthy features, such as dual triggers, the front one serving for single fire and the rear one for automatic fire. It also possessed a left-sided ejection port and a charging handle not directly connected to the bolt.
It´s various versions were produced until 1962 and even today is still used by units of the Italian Navy.

Gustloff Volkssturmgewehr 1-5

Essentially a large blowback pistol, developed by Gustloff as part of the Volkssturmgewehr program to develop a simple and inexpensive rifle to equip the Volkssturm during the final defense of Germany. To further simplify logistics, the already simple to manufacture gun used magazines from the earlier StG44 as well as it's ammunition. About 10000 were made before the end of the war. A couple of examples were select-fire and capable of fully automatic fire.

The one they used in the final game model is from the original 38, rather than the more common 38A one.

Thank you so much for fixing the barrel shroud of MAB 38. The one they used in the game is just so ugly.
