Description
Jazztronauts is a cooperative theft-em-up for Garry's Mod, also known as prop hunt 2. Go to random maps on the workshop, pillage its trash for money, and converse with your higher-dimensional cat overlords.

Dedicated server support
In order to access more recently published workshop maps on a dedicated server, you'll need to install gmsv_workshop to provide the required functionality for it. You can grab it here:

"Specified addon uses the new UGC workshop system"?
On dedicated servers there isn't a way to download workshop addons that are more recently published. However, Jazztronauts integrates support for gmsv_workshop on dedicated servers to solve this issue:

Map "jazz_bar.bsp" differs from server!
Your addon might be out of date! If you're on the workshop version, you should just need to restart gmod.
If you did that but still no dice, then the server itself is probably out of date! They should just need a restart too.

If you're using the Github version, please get the latest version through whatever means you did originally

My dialog is stuck and says 'nil'!
Unfortunately, the scripts sometimes do not mount, especially if you aren't subscribed to the addon (like joining the server yourself).

Subscribe to all three content addons, or if you are already, uninstall and re-download them.

I did that and it's still borked!
There are quite a number of conflicting addons with jazztronauts, and it's probably one of them. To narrow things down, unmount all addons and slowly re-enable them until you find the culprit. (Or just disable them all).

also for some reason whenever i grab props i used to grab em really really fast but now its 1 per second? brushes still do it fast but its just the props even with my prop grabbing speed at 7 its still really slow

Any servers I've played with this proceed to corrupt themselves really quick and just break randomly. It's really frustrating because one moment, it's working fine, the next, I'm getting errors like "Map "jazz_bar.bsp" differs from server!" even though we were *just* playing.

also the quest for the cellist where you gotta get milk, it for some reason only makes you get a singular cactus in a pot

When trying to run this, the mode switches to sandbox last second. Is there any fix for this(?)

doing the jazz_bar just does a sandbox map of the bar even tho i have it not on sandbox :(
tho i am doing the intro thing in the other tab just to get in

Previously, the gamemode had to be split up into multiple parts due to the old workshop file size restriction. Since that's no longer the case, this is the whole package now.
It should still be fully playable, if you're getting stuck there it might be an addon conflict? It *should* just teleport you to the next area.
