Adds a block that allows you to freeze objects.
This will only have an effect on objects that can be frozen in the base game.

Added range and power slider. Fixed how infinite ammo is handled.

Hello! Can you fix a few issues with this mod please? The first thing: ammo is infinite. I don't think that this is how it was supposed to be. And the second: "Hold to shoot" button does nothing. You always have to hold to shoot. If you would be able to fix them then this would be just a great mod.
