Description
-just takes away the sub-culture from the building. allowing any vampire faction to build in drakenhof .save game enable also, just add an ugly triangle on the building if its not their. i dislike leaveing it on inless i know im going to build it. , idk computer with more heros sucks.

@to0bias which factions are u useing? what mods its a pretty simple mod only one line removed. someone must of messed with the building progresses or something of that nature , open this mod in rpfm and add the new entry for their mod. ive tested this works with unlocker and such. sfo radius? maybe
