This building is planned to be placed at the ground floor of some buildings with the mod 'Move it'.

@baronjutter Indeed, it could be interesting as well as some additional corner shops ;). I also just noticed that i didn't place custom entrances for my shops ; customers enter directly in the wall between the grocery and Lush, it will be fixed soon ;)

Another tiny (litterally) suggestion would be tiny individual shops like just the lush side of this. Tiny shops that can fit nicely into tiny row buildings.

LordGruny thanks very much for these! Your assets are an excellent way to create mixed development zoning, very much needed in the game almost anywhere.
