This mod was part of the Community Material Pack, which set the melting point of Diamond to a lower(more realistic?) limit and increases its Dielectric strength.

@Firefox I think this is split from the CMP because people complain about graphitization of diamond ruining everything. It breaks a lot of stock designs. But this is more realistic.
