Overpowered Handcart

Description
Makes the handcart in my rails mod capable of going 2x as fast and pulling 10x as much. Now with lots of extra unrealism!

To put the unrealistic over powered handcart into perspective, it can now haul 40 crates full of small stones and 500 weight blocks up a 15% grade without breaking a sweat.

@Equinox Hey sorry to bother, but me and a friend are trying to get the cart to work. We have MUCH less weight than 40 crates of stones and weight blocks and are trying to go up a gentle hill but it just doesnt seem to be making it. We have 1 small lumber stockpile, 3 small log stockpiles, 3 stone stockpiles, and 3 empty crates. Is that too much weight for the OP cart or are we doing something wrong?

Op Handcard is Op, plz nerf.

This should pair nicely with the cheaper rails in my single player world. For when I need to move a whole castle's worth of building supplies at one time. XD

This will be fun. I was putting a weight on my shift key to make automated transit, but this is much easier =)

Words cannot express how greatful one is to be worried about making redundant railways because of weak handcars only to be granted this, thankyou, now I can finally put my resource base to proper use and make my supply line work.

Funnily enough, I was literally about to post about this on the original mod and saw someone else beat me to it.
