[simfphys] Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo

Adaptation of the Bugatti Vision GT for simfphys.
All the lights work, there are seats for passengers in it.

Adaptation was made by my friend. He's in creators of the addon.

Also it has a 3D Sound System ( sounds from Forza Horizon 4 )

Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.
